Funding & Fees

Therapy sessions are charged in accordance with the NDIS Price Guide. Sessions are charged at $193.99 per 45 minutes of face-to-face therapy and 15 minutes of administration. Travel is an additional cost and is dependent on location of services.

Teamwork Speech Pathology services clients that are self-managed and plan-managed.

Provider travel costs are charged in accordance with the NDIS price guide. Costs are based on location of services and can also be apportioned between clients within the same area.

Additional labour costs will be charged at $0.85 cents per kilometre travelled by the therapist to and from the appointment. Total costs will be calculated following the session, however an estimated quote can be given upon request.

Contact your private health insurer to find out whether you are eligible for rebates for Speech Pathology services.

If eligible, clients can request the rebate following the full payment of an invoice.

Teamwork Speech Pathology offers Medicare rebates to clients that obtain a Chronic Disease Management plan from their GP. This plan allows clients to access 5 subsidised Speech Pathology sessions.

Speech Pathology assessments are charged based on the duration of time needed to complete the assessment and written report.

Assessments can take approximately 60-90 minutes to complete during session and are typically followed by a written report. A service quote can be provided upon request. 

Teamwork Speech Pathology has a strict 48 hour cancellation policy. Short notice cancellations will be charged at 100% of the agreed price for the scheduled appointment if this time cannot be filled by another participant. The therapist may utilise this time for therapeutic planning or resource development.
